Terra Tamer

The Cascade Rescue Terra Tamer is lightweight, fast, and lean. Affectionately nicknamed “Da Phatty,” it weighs just 6.9 kg (15.2 lb). The frame and fork system are made from pure titanium, making the Terra Tamer the lightest versatile patient transport vehicle on the market. Its ultra-comfortable 4.25-inch fat tire rolls easily over trail obstacles and provides incredible stability. The setup is completed with a pedal brake and stainless steel hardware.

The attachment system has been redesigned. Simply slide the custom-designed hooks onto the top rail of your litter and secure it using the new compact stainless steel ratchets. With this system, the Tamer can even be mounted to most rescue toboggans.

The Terra Tamer has been tested in the harshest and most demanding environments, standing up to the most extreme abuse. It excels in nearly all conditions—equally at home in mud, snow, and sand, as well as rolling smoothly over large obstacles in its path. Not only is it the lightest wheel on the market, but it can also be disassembled for easier load sharing and transport.
