ARRS – Advanced Rope Rescue Supervision

Lead and supervise complex rope rescue operations

Designed for high-stakes rescue operations, this training combines advanced theoretical instruction with realistic, hands-on exercises across 16 to 20 field-inspired scenarios. Led by SPRAT Level 3 and GRIMP Level 3 certified trainers, participants enhance their ability to assess risks, secure sites, coordinate teams, and make effective decisions in complex environments.

This training provides the essential skills needed to lead a team during a rescue operation: assessment and scene size-up, tactical decision-making, risk analysis, leadership (anticipation, optimization, SMES), and debriefing.

It is aimed at rope access or rescue team leaders who want to develop their skills in team leadership during rescue situations.
