Equalizer litter handles Pro series titanium

A litter handle system that actually works and is so lightweight you’ll barely notice it. The Equalizer is the result of years of research and development by Cascade Rescue. Available in titanium and stainless steel, it features a unique 24-position system that allows operators to quickly adjust the handle positions based on the operator’s size or the terrain conditions.

For transport to the site, or for high-angle or slope operations, the Equalizer handles can be folded flush against the side of the litter or completely removed and stored in a bag.
