This litter flotation system is designed to fit all Cascade Professional Series and Advance Series litters equipped with FastPAX rails. It self-rights and keeps the litter horizontally leveled at head height for easier loading. Capable of floating the litter, the patient, and at least one rescuer, it is easy to attach and remove for storage. This flotation system is ideal for sea, lake, and swiftwater rescues and is also compatible with most tubular-frame litters from other manufacturers.
